Customer Information

When You Order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We will then email you on the day your goods are posted or to let you know the expected day of dispatch. The package should arrive the day after posting, before 1pm. The item will be dispatched to the cardholder's billing address.

Delivery Information

  • We send all goods using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which requires a signature upon delivery.
  • If you need your item for a particular date, please call to check availablility as our items are sometimes ordered in upon request. If an item is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 2-3 days. We aim to deliver all items within 15 working days.
  • Your item will be dispatched to the cardholder's billing address.
  • If you require your item urgently please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to arrange an express delivery. There may be a small surcharge for this service. 
  • We only deliver within the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you wish to purchase from overseas, please contact us.
  • We only dispatch items Monday-Friday.

The diamonds used to create all our jewellery are ethically sourced within the Kimberley Process: they originate from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in strict compliance with United Nations resolutions.

These diamonds are hereby guaranteed conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/ or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
