When You Order
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We will then email you on the day your goods are posted or to let you know the expected day of dispatch. The item will be dispatched to the cardholder’s billing address, unless a different delivery address is specified.
Delivery Information
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
All items up to £100 will be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The goods should be delivered within three to five working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items sent via Special Delivery will be delivered the next working day (after date of dispatch), before 1PM (excluding public/bank holidays).
Orders under £100 can upgrade to Special Delivery at a cost of £5.95.
We can ship to the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man using Royal Mail – please bear in mind when ordering that the transit times may be longer than stated above.
From time to time unforseen circumstances, such as snow, adverse weather or delivery strikes may occur; delaying the delivery of your items. Johnsons Jewellers cannot be held responsible for the failure of Royal Mail to deliver goods within the stated time. If we forecast any problems that we feel may affect your delivery in any way, we will do our best to pre-warn you.
For European and International Shipments
We use Royal Mail Airesure for EU and International Shipments – this typically takes up to 14 working days to deliver.
International shipments are charged at a flat rate. Delivery to the EU costs £10; Delivery to the USA, Canada and the Rest of the World costs £20.
Returns Policy
Whilst we are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand there is sometimes the need to return an item for an exchange or a refund. If you need to do this, please email us. You are responsible for the postal charges to return an item and also for ensuring it gets to us. We are not responsible for any items that go missing whilst being returned to us. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Once the item is received and checked, we will exchange the item as per your request, or issue a refund (minus the original postage charge, if applicable). Items must be returned within 14 days for exchange/refund. Extended terms during the Christmas period – check website for details. Please note – we can not accept earrings for return unless they are deemed to be faulty. This is due to health and safety reasons.
